I'm Jeanne (that's me at the end of this email), owner of FrontRow Hair. I wanted to personally email you and say thanks for your interest in our brand and products.

5 years ago, I took a leap of faith with ClipinHair before also acquiring FrontRow (in 2019) to become South Africa's #1 hair extension brand.

Prior to this, I was a practicing attorney (and notary and conveyancer and mama bear, but who is counting?) and decided to make a switch in careers because I wanted to celebrate beauty and femininity in a new way. It is with that goal in mind that FrontRow aspires to change something fundamental:

Because you are.

And helping people to FEEL beautiful, has been a passion of mine since I was very young. So, in order to live out my passion, every day my team & I endeavour to empower you to feel even more beautiful - through our products, but also through every interaction we have with you. Nothing gives us more joy than receiving that 5 star review at the end of a client's purchasing journey, or seeing the tears of happiness when a balding client can confidently look at herself in the mirror when she tries on one of our crown toppers.
